What is the study about
The purpose of this research is to find out which types of short online training lessons Hispanic dairy workers in New York State prefer and learn from best. The results will help improve future training programs and will be shared in scientific publications to support better education across the dairy industry.
What we are asking you to do
You are invited to take part in a research project from Cornell University.
In this project, you will complete 10 short training lessons (2–3 minutes each) about milking, udder health, and animal care. After each lesson, you will answer 6 questions:
- 3 questions about what you learned
- 3 questions to give your opinion
Your answers will help us improve dairy training for workers like you.
Are there any risks
