Content that solves problems

Milker Training is built for dairy employees.

That’s why our lessons are short and practical.
About 2 minutes each: This training fits into a busy day.

3 days after each lesson, we send a brief summary to help people remember the key points.

QMPS's Mission

Quality Milk Production Services (QMPS) helps dairy farms produce high-quality milk by improving udder health and reducing antibiotic use through research and science-based outreach.

Our goal is to build skills that support best practices and better performance on dairy farms.

The study

This project aims to determine which online formats work best for dairy employees. By learning what dairy employees prefer and what helps them learn fastest, we can create training that is clearer, more practical, and easier to apply. This supports consistent routines, better udder health, and improved milk quality.

This research is funded by the New York Farm Viability Institute (NYFVI). Results will be published to help other New York dairy farms improve training as well. All data are anonymous. No milker or farm will be identified.

"Milker Training has been a great fit for our farm.
The 2-minute lessons are easy to use during busy days, and the short summaries help our team remember the key steps."

Ray, Dairy Farm Owner
